We are two friends with decades of memories, a passion for wellness, a stockpile of recipes, many miles on our shoes, and expensive letters after our names.

In short, we have been around the block a few times and around the kitchen many more. More than ever, we are motivated to work together to help women not only survive, but thrive in perimenopause and beyond. We are middle- aged, facing the highs and lows of life, and adapting to the changes of perimenopause right along with you. We say, bring it on!
