Frisk Wellness’ 2026 Guide to Thrive series brings together five uplifting, insight‑packed courses designed to elevate everyday well-being. Participants explore the foundations of strong bones, sharpen their brain health, embrace the balanced simplicity of Nordic living, understand the power of the microbiome, and navigate the holidays with energy and ease. Each course blends sound information backed by science and practical guidance, helping people build lasting vitality.

What to Expect

All courses are delivered in a flexible, asynchronous format and include engaging content, videos, recipes, movement ideas, and access to a live chat with two registered dietitians. All are one-week in length except for the Love Your Gut Challenge. This course lasts for two-weeks. The Guide to Thrive series is a fun, supportive way to learn how to feel better, build stronger bodies, and elevate your everyday well-being.

With practical strategies and inspiring guidance, it empowers us to nourish and train our brains so we can think clearer, feel brighter, and stay mentally strong for years to come.

You’ll explore lifestyle factors that support (or sabotage) gut health, with a big focus on fiber, colorful plant‑based foods, and delicious ways to boost variety. It’s an upbeat, info‑packed reset designed to help you feel lighter, brighter, and more balanced from the inside out.

CONTENT, CHALLENGES, and LIVE CHAT : For two-weeks, discover the influence of the gut microbiome on your overall health and well-being. Inspiring course content and fun challenges will release every two days. We encourage you to read, listen, and try to practice what you learn. We know life can get busy, so the two-week program will be open for three weeks…just in case you need a little extra time. (We’ve got you!)
